Clean, organic, non-allergenic food can facilitate healing in a multitude of ways and I believe that consuming high quality food is essential toward one’s health, whether trying to regain or just maintain it. But eating healthy certainly does not have to mean eating boring, bland food! Even though I follow a pretty strict diet (gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, nut-free), you’d be amazed at all of the delicious things I find to eat!

Unfortunately, I am not quite well enough to slave away in the kitchen for hours on end and so most of the recipes you’ll find here have been prepared by either my dad or my friend Betty, the two main chefs in my life. I am incredibly blessed to have each of these people in my life and am excited to share some of their creations with you guys. Now that you know some of the backstory, I hope you’ll venture out and try some of these delicious foods for yourself!
